Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact genXnoise immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

 

Warranty

If you own a genXnoise module, and something goes wrong with it, we will repair it and send it back to you for free (with two notable exceptions, listed below). You to pay the cost of shipping the module to genXnoise, but we will cover the labor, parts, and shipping back to you. 

 

There are two exceptions to this. First, misuse, modification, and user-inflicted damage: if you, for instance, take a hammer to a module, or decide to take it surfing, or turn it on while the back is sitting on something made of metal, that won’t be covered by the free repair policy. If something like this does happen, get in touch, though: genXnoise will still do our best to help, but may ask you to pay for parts and labor.

 

Second, for legacy modules that aren’t manufactured anymore, genXnoise may not be able to get the parts to repair certain things. We do our best to keep parts in stock and our goal is to keep modules up and running for as long as possible, but sometimes parts go off the market and, sadly, there’s nothing that can be done when that happens.

How does it work? Send genXnoise an email to get the ball rolling. Provide a clear photo of the back of the module. If genXnoise can suggest a fix without you needing to ship it, everyone wins. If that doesn’t work, we’ll set you up with a repair authorization number, and you can ship the module to us. genXnoise can get most repairs done within a week of receipt (pending part availability). 

 

Refunds

If you decide dXeus machine isn’t for you, do not fear, just get in touch! Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of product. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid return authorization.   Please reach out through the form on the webpage or reply to the order confirmation or shipment email for help.

 

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember it can take upt to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
